Never again will I go to this Nail Spa.* one day later my finger is still in pain. I finally got out of there at 4:30 and was so exhausted that I paid with no tip. If you really want to know, you can private message me. They get mad if you complainThere's so much more but I'll leave it at that. He glued the new nails crooked and I have pics to prove it! 5. I had to remind him NOT to pinch my finger because it was in throbbing pain. $$$*I should have left at that point but I wasn't alone. I had to tell the manager and she recommended I get a full set. He wasn't planning on removing the loose acrylic from my nails which means I would have gotten fungus. He lost control of the drill and it went around my pinky finger into the flesh and made it bleed.ouch! 2. I don't know the guys name but I warned him that my nails are very thin and to be extra careful when using the electric drills. I arrived at 2:15, picked my color and they didn't seat me until almost 3:00. I chose this nail salon because of the reviews and I made a appointment for a fill and gel at 2:30. I asked him what it was and he said to help the bleeding to stop.HELLOOOO! The nail polish was not put on my nails properly it looks really bad! It hasn't been even 5 hours and one of my nail polish even has chipped already! You can see in the pictures that the person who did my nails doesn't know how to put nail polish on! After being there for 2 hours (they didn't do my mani & Pedi together) I had to look at these really bad nail polishes hands! I wouldn't recommend this place Read Less though that's very mandatory! See below more.Pedi: DeluxeFor the pedicure I didn't get any colors just the scrubs, paraffin wax and cleaning of nails. I also had to ask for a towel over my skirt. so when I sat down the lady asked me what color I wanted and since I had my feet already in the water I had to explain colors I liked. ![]() They never asked me to pick my nail polish color etc. ![]() I'm pretty disappointed about the service here! I came in to get a Mani (Signature $37) & Pedi (Deluxe Pedi $40) comes to $77 + tip which is pretty pricey with the bad service they provided. I went in on a Saturday, called 2 hours ahead for an appointment, showed up 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time, was seated 5 minutes later. I will return, with cash for that $22 classic pedicure. 40 minutes from the first dunk to top coat then 15 minutes enjoying the massage chair. I didn't catch the technician's name, while initially concerned that he was too aggressive with the cuticle care and especially after the slight sting with the alcohol spray prior to polish application, but boy did the final product LOOK GOOD. I got some ugly toes and am a biomechanics mystery, so I give a warm thank you for every technician who serve my feet. Hm, where did that extra $1 come from? I thought tax around these parts of town hovers around 7%, not like the good ol' sunshine state of California where it hovers around 9.5%. So their laminated sheets have the classic pedicure listed at $21, but I was charged either $23.xx for credit card or $22 cash.
